Welcome to DB-Fishbowl. Over time we have come to feel like a family of like-minded individuals who share the fact that we have dual sensory loss and grew up oral speaking.  DB-Fishbowl guidelines are designed to allow you to feel safe in sharing on this email list.

What is Alt Tag or Alt Text?

Alternative text gives alternative information for an image, photo or other visual element if a user for some reason cannot view it; either because of slow connection or if the site visitor uses screen reader technology.  A screen reader user will hear the alternative text.
